Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blueprint Community (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Update your account information promptly if it changes.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to access other accounts or systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
  • Scrape or use automated means to access the Platform without written consent.
  • Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited communications to other members.

4. User Content

The Platform allows you to post text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Andrew Lee Jenkins LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Billing

Certain features may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

  • Fees are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, unauthorized access to your data, interruption of service, or any bugs or issues transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
