We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third parties only as follows:

• Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Email providers (SendGrid or Postmark) deliver transactional and notification emails. They receive only the data needed to send each message.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the safety of users or the public.
• Business transfers: In a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information through your account settings.
• Delete your personal data (we will comply unless legally required to retain it).
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.

• Essential cookies: Keep you signed in and maintain your session. Required for the Platform to function. Cannot be opted out of.
• Security cookies: Help detect and prevent threats, such as bot verification challenges.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

• Data encrypted in transit via TLS.
• Passwords stored using one-way hashing.
• Rate limiting and bot protection on authentication endpoints.
• Access controls limiting who can view personal data.

No system is 100% secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
