Andrew Lee Jenkins LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Blueprint Community (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your password (stored in hashed form only).
  • Profile information you choose to add, such as a photo or bio.

Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Pages you visit and features you use.
  • Date and time of your visits.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. See Section 6 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
  • Process payments and send purchase confirmations.
  • Send notifications, community updates, and administrative messages.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Monitor usage and detect fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Personalize your experience.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with these service providers and in these cases:

  • Vercel and Convex host the Platform and its database, so everything you add to the Platform is stored with them. Some files, such as presentation slides and older call recordings, are stored with Vercel Blob.
  • Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • SendGrid delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the content of each message we send you.
  • OpenAI turns community posts, comments and lessons into search data when they are written, and does the same with questions asked in Ask AI, so Ask AI can find related content.
  • Anthropic writes Ask AI answers from your question, your earlier messages in that chat and related community content.
  • Daily runs our live video calls. Your audio, video, screen shares and your name in the call pass through Daily. Live calls may be recorded and transcribed, and recordings may be shared with members as replays on the Platform.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups, sign-ins and password resets come from a person, not a bot. It receives technical data about your browser and connection.
  • Our CRM (customer relationship management system) receives your name, email address, phone number and timezone if you provide them, your membership and payment status, the emails we send you, and messages you post in group and live call chats, so we can manage memberships and support.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the safety of users or the public.
  • Business transfers: In a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information through your account settings.
  • Delete your personal data (we will comply unless legally required to retain it).
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.

6. Cookies and Tracking

  • Essential cookies: Keep you signed in and maintain your session. Required for the Platform to function. Cannot be opted out of.
  • Security cookies: Help detect and prevent threats, such as bot verification challenges.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

  • Data encrypted in transit via TLS.
  • Passwords stored using one-way hashing.
  • Rate limiting and bot protection on authentication endpoints.
  • Access controls limiting who can view personal data.

No system is 100% secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
